Shipping Delivery

Thank you for choosing our website to purchase a filtered water bottle. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and satisfactory services. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please familiarize yourself with our shipping policies below:

Order processing

Once you have completed your shopping cart checkout and successfully paid, we will process your order as soon as possible. Normally, orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.

Our service hours are Monday-Friday/9:00 AM-5:00 PM (CST).
Orders placed after 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday will be processed after 9:00 am the next day.
Orders placed after 5:00pm on Friday will be processed after 9:00am on Monday. Orders are not processed on weekends.

Delivery Service

We utilize UPS Express to ensure your order arrives safely and quickly. Shipping fee is $7 per order.

Free Shipping: Free shipping is available on orders totaling $120 or more.

We do not charge additional shipping tax.

Transportation time

Our express delivery is from 2606 Perham Ave, Selma, Alabama, 36703-2359. Shipping time is 2-4 business days. Depending on the distance of the area, the shipping time will vary.

Delivery time

My delivery time is 3-6 business days, if your filter water bottle is not received within 6 business days, you can contact Phenekia Morgan by sending an email to [email protected] and we will arrange a refund or replacement for you Ship.

Cancel order

If you need to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it, you can easily do so on our website. You can find the order details for which you have completed payment in your account, select the order that needs to be canceled and click the “Cancel Order” button.

Requests to cancel after 30 minutes will need to be processed by contacting our Customer Service Phenekia Morgan at [email protected]. Please provide your order number so we can assist you in canceling your order more quickly.

The refund will be fully refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days after the order is canceled. The exact refund time depends on your payment method.

If the order has already been packed and shipped: the order cannot be canceled. You can refuse to sign or apply for a return after receiving the package. The resulting return shipping charges and other additional costs will be borne by the customer.

Change address

Please make sure the mailing address you fill in is accurate to avoid shipping delays caused by incorrect addresses. If you need to change your mailing address, please contact Phenekia Morgan at [email protected] to change your address before your order ships.

If the package has been shipped, the address cannot be changed. You can contact the courier company for help.

Sale tax

Sale tax is borne by the customer.

Express packaging

Please be assured that we will carefully inspect the filter kettle before shipping. We pack it in thick cartons and secure it with foam. In addition to the kettle, the package also includes a filter element, instruction manual and return label.

Tip: When returning items, you need to return the original packaging and return label, so please do not throw away the original packaging within the return validity period.
