Payment process

Add Item: After selecting your desired filtered water bottle, add it to your shopping cart.

Checkout: Confirm the items in your shopping cart and click the “Checkout” button.

Fill in the information: Enter the shipping address, contact information and other necessary information.

Select payment method: On the payment page, select the payment method you wish to use, which can be PayPal or credit card.

Complete the payment: Follow the system prompts to complete the payment process. After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.

What should I do if I can’t pay?

If you encounter any problems during the payment process, you can try the following steps:

Check payment information: Make sure the payment information you enter is accurate.

Refresh the page: Try to refresh the payment page and make the payment again.

Change your payment method: If you have trouble paying with a credit card, you can try paying with PayPal.

How to cancel an order?

Cancellation within 30 minutes: If you decide to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it, you can cancel the order on the website. You can find the order details for which you have completed payment in your account, select the order that needs to be canceled and click the “Cancel Order” button.

Cancellation after 30 minutes: If more than 30 minutes have passed, order cancellations need to be processed by contacting Phenekia Morgan by emailing [email protected]. Please provide your order number so we can assist you in canceling your order more quickly.

The refund will be fully refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days after the order is canceled. The exact refund time depends on your payment method.

If the order has already been packed and shipped: the order cannot be canceled. You can refuse to sign or apply for a return after receiving the package. The resulting return shipping charges and other additional costs will be borne by the customer.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

The refund will be credited to your payment account within 1-2 business days. To check the status of your refund, please check your PayPal account.

Refunds for canceled orders: A full refund, including the $7 shipping fee on the customer’s first payment.
Refund for returns: A partial refund, excluding the $7 shipping fee on the customer’s first payment.
